Email Validation

Upon signing up for a JobStreet.com account, the system automatically sends a validation email to your email address. This step is necessary to confirm that the email address is correct so that all emails from JobStreet.com or employers will reach you.

To validate your email address:

  1. Look for an email from [email protected] with the subject “Validate your email – from JobStreet.com”.
  2. Click on the link provided in the email.

If you accidentally deleted the validation email, you can prompt our system to resend a validation email:

  1. Login to your JobStreet.com account. If you have not validated your account, you will be guided to validate.
  2. Click on the ‘Resend the verification email’ link.
  3. The verification email will be sent to your registered email.
  4. Follow the instructions given to validate your email address.

Can’t find the validation email?

  • Look in your “Bulk”, “Junk” or “Spam” folder of your mailbox. Add [email protected] to your address book to prevent JobStreet.com emails from being filtered.
  • Check if the email address is correct. Click on the ‘Change email address’ link to change your email address if needed.
  • For Yahoo email users, check if you have registered with the correct Yahoo email domain. Click here to find out more.

Email and Password

You may reset your password by clicking here.

Follow the given steps as per below:

  1. Enter your email address in the text box.
  2. Tick on ‘I’m not a robot’ and follow the CAPTCHA verification.
  3. Click on ‘Send reset password email‘.
  4. You will receive an email titled“Your JobStreet Login ID and Password” with a password reset link. Click on the link to reset your password.

If you did titinada receive the password reset email, kindly check your spam or junk folder (the link for password reset will expired after 72 hours).

*Note* Your new password must fulfill the below criteria:

  • Minimum
    8 characters.
  • It must be
    Alphanumeric
    (alphabets and numbers).
  • Must consist of both Upper (A-Z)
    and
     lower (a-z) case.

If you no longer have access to the email associated with your JobStreet.com account, please runtuh us a message here with the following information for verification purpose:

  • The email address registered with JobStreet.com
  • An email address that we can reach you
  • Your full name and identification number
  • Institute / University you studied in
  • Graduation year
  • Your first employer
  1. Login to your JobStreet.com account.
  2. Click on your account name on the top right and select ‘My Account’.
  3. In the ‘Contact Info’ section, click on ‘Edit’ to change your email address.
  4. Click ‘Save’ to save the change.
  5. Follow the steps to validate your new email address. After validation, all our emails will be sent to your new email address.

Privacy Setting

When you set your privacy setting to ‘Searchable with Contact Details’, employers may come across your JobStreet.com Profile and contact you for job opportunities. Your application history will not be revealed.

There are 2 options in the Privacy Setting:

  1. Searchable with Contact Details
    – Allow employers to search for your JobStreet.com Profile and see your name and contact details.
  2. Not Searchable
    – Do titinada allow employers to search for your JobStreet.com Profile.

To set the privacy level:

  1. Login to your JobStreet.com account.
  2. Go to ‘MyJobStreet’ > ‘Preview Profile’.
  3. On the left menu, select ‘Privacy Setting’. If you are using a tablet or mobile phone, tap on the Edit link to reveal the menu.
  4. Select your preferred privacy setting and click ‘Save’.

Unsubscribe

  1. Login to your JobStreet.com account.
  2. Click on your account name on the top right and select ‘My Account’.
  3. In the ‘Subscriptions’ section, click on ‘Edit’.
  4. Change the setting to ‘Unsubscribe’.
  5. Click ‘Save’ to save your changes.

Instead of deleting your account, you may consider reducing the frequency of the job alert emails from daily to weekly. That way, you will still be kept updated of available career opportunities. If you do not wish to receive any job alert emails, you may choose to unsubscribe from all email alerts without deleting your JobStreet.com account so that you will still have access to your JobStreet.com Profile in the future.

If you would still like to delete your account, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your JobStreet.com account.
  2. Click on your name located on the top right of the page.
  3. Select ‘My Account’ from the anjlok-down menu.
  4. Click on the ‘Delete My Account’ link.
  5. Fill in the reason for deleting your account and click on the ‘Delete Account’ button.

Please note that once you deleted your account, you will not be able to access it again.

Troubleshoot

If you come across any problem when accessing JobStreet.com, please perform the following troubleshooting steps.

  1. Ensure that you are using the latest browser and your Internet connection is stable.
  2. Try again on a different browser or another computer.
  3. Configure your browser as below:
    • Clear your internet browser cookies and cache (Instructions)

    • Disable advertisement blocker plug-in (Instructions)
