How to register

Registration via ATM

User activation

Transaction method

Transfer

Account list destination:

1. Main menu select transfer
2. The user selects the sub register account

Delete account destination

1. Main menu select transfer
2. The user selects Bank Jateng sub transfers
3. Fill in the source account number, destination account or, information, and nominal transfer and Click continue
4. Open the new payment and add the OTP obtained via sms and click on the app if you are sure it will be sent, click cancel if the cancellation will be done
5. Save / print transaction proof

Cash withdrawals

1. Main menu select transfer
2. The user selects a cash withdrawal sub menu
3. Fill in and select the source account number and nominal, click continue
4. Click approve if you are sure it will be sent, click cancel if there is a cancellation
5. PIN number will be sent to the registered mobile number
6. Users come to Bank Jateng ATM machines
7. Press the enter key and select cash withdrawal
8. Enter the pin number obtained, press the continue button
9. Enter your registered mobile number, press the continue button, the ATM will pay and provide transaction proof

Purchase

Phone credit

1. Main menu choose purchase
2. The user selects the handphone voucher sub menu
3. Fill in the account source and the cellphone number you want to fill in, click continue
